Things I plan to start doing:
1. Post my food log at least 5x/week
2. Finish my "My Story" series... part 3 is coming!
3. Be more diligent about planning specific posts and topics, rather than just writing on the fly
My food log for today...
| I earned 17 AP's this week, but used 29--so, I'm slightly in the hole. |
Not the best, but not the worst either. I never eat McDonald's, but we took the kids tonight so they could play and Marc got some chicken nuggets and french fries. I hadn't planned on eating any of it, but they're just so good. So, I had a few. Oh well. I'm really just guesstimating on the fries, but that's better than nothing. I've also gone through all my weekly points AND activity points for the week, so I don't really have a clue what to expect at tomorrow's weigh in--but I'm definitely not dreading it like I was last week!
I really like that you track everything you eat. Also, I would love it if you post your food log. I am a food voyeur and love seeing what other people are eating. It gives me a better sense of whether how much I eat is actually "normal" portions or too much. Good luck at the weigh in tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteI HAVE to track--it's become second nature, and I feel like something's missing if I haven't tracked my food. It also just helps me stay accountable--it's a lot easier to eat a candy here, a bite there, a cookie here, if you're not writing it all down. If I'm having an off week, I also look back through my food journal to see whether food might be the culprit.
DeleteI never think of eating avocado for breakfast- but that sounds delicious!
ReplyDeleteI just started an editorial calender for my blog. I like having a plan, but I'm flexible too.
That was a first for me, too! I was trying to think of a healthy fat to add to my meal, and I remembered seeing someone talk about eating eggs with avocado. It was delicious, and totally hit the spot.
